South Carolina Licensed RN Coordinator

Job Summary

To support primary care operations, the full-time salaried South Carolina Licensed RN Coordinator will manage patient communications, triage requests, and document care activities while working remotely in the Charleston region.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintains and reviews patient records, documenting test results and communicating care plans
• Responds to and triages phone calls, instructing patients on treatment and medication as directed by physicians
• Confers with physicians regarding the urgency and appropriateness of messages in the in-basket, assisting with refills and prior authorizations

Required qualifications:

• Current South Carolina RN License or compact state license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Ability to work in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
