Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Care Management Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of assigned staff and oversees the implementation of specialty programs
• Conducts performance reviews, approves staff time and leave, and ensures excellent customer service
• Collects data for outcomes reporting and maintains compliance with URAC/NCQA for related programs

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a job-related field; graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Five years of relevant experience, or three years with a Master's degree
• One year of experience in a team lead or leadership role
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure or equivalent healthcare licensure in the state of hire
• Certification in Case Management by a URAC accrediting body within three years of hire (for non-Medicaid only)
