Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SAP HCM ABAP programs
Support SAP modules: Time, Payroll, Benefits, ESS
Work on integrations with Kronos, SuccessFactors, APIs, IDOCs, and RFCs

Required Qualifications

5+ years of SAP HCM ABAP experience
Experience with Kronos Workforce Dimensions / Workforce Ready
Knowledge of SAP HCM & SuccessFactors
SAP Portal & Cloud Integration knowledge
Understanding of ERP systems and accounting basics
