South Carolina Licensed Security Analyst

Job Summary

Leading critical security initiatives, the full-time Security Analyst - Project Lead will manage end-to-end security projects, analyze and mitigate threats, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely with a preference for South Carolina-local candidates who can attend onsite meetings as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security projects, driving planning, execution, and successful delivery
• Analyze, monitor, and mitigate security threats across IT environments
• Develop, implement, and update security policies, standards, and procedures

Required qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in security analysis and project management in IT environments
• Experience in incident response and threat mitigation
• Proficient in policy and procedure development
• Strong background in risk assessment and vulnerability management
• Technical leadership experience with the ability to mentor junior analysts
