Job Summary

Driving critical security initiatives, the fully remote Security Architect - Consultant will architect, implement, and oversee security solutions while safeguarding the agency's digital infrastructure in a contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and oversee security solutions across diverse IT environments
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security audits to identify and mitigate threats
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in security architecture or engineering roles
• Proven expertise in enterprise security design, risk management, and incident response
• Deep knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., CJIS, NIST)
• Strong background in vulnerability management and security operations
• CJIS certification (or ability to obtain via client process)
