Job Summary

Working as part of a clinical team, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Social Worker will coordinate telehealth services, facilitate screening assessments, manage referrals, and maintain family contact in a remote setting.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
• MSW licensure by the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners
• One year of post-graduate professional social work experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
