Job Summary

To support telehealth services, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Social Worker will coordinate screening assessments, manage referrals, and facilitate family contact while working as part of a clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the provision of services by telehealth providers
• Facilitate screening assessments and manage referral processes
• Maintain family contact and manage telehealth equipment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
• MSW licensure by the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners
• One year of post-graduate professional social work experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
