A company is looking for a Supervising Attorney to lead their South Carolina team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff in foreclosure and litigation matters
• Ensure compliance with federal and investor guidelines and manage litigation strategy
• Represent clients at hearings, trials, and mediations while supporting business development efforts

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice in South Carolina
• At least 8 years of litigation and courtroom experience, including default servicing
• Prior experience managing legal teams and operational budgets
• Proficiency with legal tech tools and Microsoft Office Suite
