South Carolina Licensed System Engineer

Job Summary

To support MUSC's academic and healthcare missions, the full-time South Carolina Licensed System Engineer III will design, implement, and manage complex enterprise Citrix infrastructures while optimizing and securing endpoint delivery in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise Citrix environments, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and NetScaler configurations
• Identify and execute automation opportunities to streamline deployments and system administration tasks
• Evaluate and resolve complex technical issues across virtual desktop and application delivery layers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience, or high school diploma/GED with nine years of experience in enterprise information technology
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise Citrix environments
• Demonstrated background in resolving complex infrastructure issues and performance tuning
• Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V) or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
