Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy remotely, focusing on managing a consistent caseload of lower to moderate acuity populations while enjoying minimal administrative tasks and clinical autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and no inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities
• Utilize clinical judgment to make independent treatment decisions within evidence-based standards

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience managing an outpatient caseload in a structured clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
• Preferred experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
