Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex searches and examine public land records for title insurability
• Train and assist fellow commercial searchers with inquiries and guidance
• Collaborate with the Underwriting Department on search matters requiring review

Required Qualifications

• Experience examining residential title in South Carolina
• Deep knowledge of state and county recording statutes and title standards
• Five years of related experience or equivalent education
• Proficiency with public records search engines
• Familiarity with closing software programs
