Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing & Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and license foster parents, providing pre-service training and guiding them through the licensing process
• Ensure compliance of licensed foster parents with training requirements and maintain audit-ready files
• Assist in locating placements for children and provide excellent customer service while working independently and as part of a team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Valid Driver's License and compliance with credentialing and licensing standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Successful completion of a drug screening test and extensive background check
