Job Summary

A company is looking for a PT Licensing & Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and license foster parents, providing pre-service training and guiding them through the licensing process
• Ensure compliance of licensed foster parents' training, conducting quarterly supervision and maintaining audit-ready files
• Engage in public speaking and marketing efforts to recruit families while providing excellent customer service in locating placements for children

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Valid Driver's License and compliance with credentialing and licensing standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Successful completion of a drug screening test and extensive background check
