Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and license foster parents, providing pre-service training and guidance through the licensing process
• Ensure compliance of licensed foster parents through quarterly supervision and maintain audit-ready files
• Engage in public speaking and marketing efforts to recruit families for foster care

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Valid Driver's License and compliance with credentialing standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must pass a drug screening test and extensive background check
