Job Summary

Leading complex web infrastructure projects, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Web Engineer will architect, develop, and oversee secure web solutions for government initiatives while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end web infrastructure projects from planning and design to deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Implement best practices for web application security and performance while mentoring junior engineers

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a web/internet engineer or technical project lead
• Expertise in web application architecture, development, and deployment
• Strong understanding of web security protocols and best practices
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET, Java, SQL)
• Experience managing large-scale web projects in a lead or consultant capacity
