South Carolina Online MHA Instructor

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time South Carolina Online MHA Instructor to teach graduate-level courses in the MHA Online program, who will design and deliver instruction, assess student performance, and collaborate with program leadership to ensure alignment with learning outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an instructor for 2-3 MHA courses per academic year, delivering high-quality instruction and facilitating discussions
• Assess student engagement and performance, providing timely feedback and maintaining virtual office hours
• Collaborate with faculty and program leadership to ensure course content is current and aligned with student learning outcomes

Required qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Healthcare Administration/Management, Business Administration/Management, or a closely related field
• Evidence of successful teaching experience in a Healthcare Administration program in higher education
• At least 18 graduate credit hours in healthcare administration or a related discipline
• Significant professional experience (5+ years) in healthcare administration or related roles
• Demonstrated potential to contribute to research and grant activities in Healthcare Administration
