Job Summary
Acting as a centralized resource, the full-time South Carolina Patient Access Liaison will develop and manage patient access strategies, implement best practices for ambulatory providers, and conduct data analysis to enhance scheduling and access across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead patient access strategies in collaboration with the Patient Access Center and ICCE Leadership
- Conduct data analysis to make recommendations for achieving ambulatory access goals and present findings regularly
- Lead process improvement initiatives in the clinic and call center to enhance patient access and scheduling practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in support roles or 0-2 years in professional roles
- Expertise in ambulatory template access strategies
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
- Ability to conduct capacity management assessments effectively
