Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist to provide administrative support at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the clinic appointment line and schedule appointments for clients
- Answer multiline telephones and process payments for clinical services
- Complete client registration, documentation, and schedule interpreters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, or a high school diploma/GED with two years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 6 months satisfactory work experience in Patient Access or medical-related work experience
- Experience in a Medical Office, Call Center, or customer service environment is preferred
