Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist to provide administrative support at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the clinic appointment line and schedule appointments for clients
  • Answer multiline telephones and process payments for clinical services
  • Complete client registration, documentation, and schedule interpreters
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, or a high school diploma/GED with two years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 6 months satisfactory work experience in Patient Access or medical-related work experience
  • Experience in a Medical Office, Call Center, or customer service environment is preferred
