Job Summary

Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, the full-time South Carolina Payment Posting Specialist will manage the posting of payments and adjustments to patient accounts while reconciling daily transactions remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile all payments for assigned clients on a daily basis
• Audit posted batches to maintain integrity in the patient accounting system

Required qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Experience with payment posting and reconciliation processes
• Familiarity with patient accounting systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
