Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Onboarder (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new physicians
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to onboarding activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or a High School Diploma with two years of relevant experience
• Human resources or payroll experience preferred
• PHR or SHRM certifications accepted in lieu of experience
• Experience in a dynamic and diverse environment
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to the job
