South Carolina Physician Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Onboarding Specialist-1 to coordinate the onboarding requirements for new providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities with internal customers and stakeholders to facilitate new provider integration
• Serve as a resource for onboarding policies and maintain communication with new hires regarding their onboarding progress
• Assist new providers with relocation details and ensure all administrative issues are addressed before their start date

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Two years of progressively responsible experience in a business or customer service role
• Human resources or payroll experience preferred
• PHR or SHRM certifications accepted in lieu of experience
• Ability to work in a dynamic and diverse environment
