Job Summary

Leading high-priority, enterprise-scale initiatives, the full-time salaried South Carolina Project Manager III will manage complex, system-wide projects with executive visibility, coordinate cross-portfolio efforts, and drive governance alignment remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-priority, enterprise-scale initiatives with strategic impact across MUSC Health
• Define and drive program-level scope, success criteria, KPIs, and governance structure
• Oversee interrelated projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with institutional strategy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or advanced certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred, or 6-8+ years of progressive experience in project/program management
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-level, cross-functional projects in complex environments
• Strong financial acumen, including project oversight and ROI assessments
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience presenting to executives, boards, or steering committees
