Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Project Manager to coordinate and monitor quality improvement and organizational projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor quality improvement projects including NCQA and HEDIS preparation
  • Analyze data and develop presentations and materials for committees and educational purposes
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and support the project life cycle from planning to closure
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or equivalent experience; Master's in Public Health preferred
  • 4+ years of quality improvement or project management experience in managed care
  • Advanced knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
