Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Writer and Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain online course content related to real estate licensure and continuing education
• Collaborate with internal development and regulatory teams to ensure content accuracy and compliance
• Complete approximately 3-4 CE courses while following provided outlines and structured deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Real estate license (broker or agent) or at least 10 years' experience writing for the industry
• Familiarity with professional training courses, licensing requirements, and CE standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Strong organization and time management skills
