Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the recruiting function to align with organizational goals and staffing needs

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong track record in sourcing and hiring for various levels of positions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
