Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong track record in sourcing and hiring for various levels of positions
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
