Key Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis on claim denials and identify trends and systemic issues
• Collaborate with internal and external constituents to mitigate future denials
• Compile findings into actionable reports and present recommendations for process improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in denial management, revenue cycle analytics, or a related healthcare finance role
• Experience in healthcare finance or revenue cycle management
• High School Degree or Equivalent with 3 years of relevant work experience
