South Carolina RN Case Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of healthcare professionals, the full-time RN Case Management Supervisor will oversee daily operations in Utilization Review, Case Management, and Quality Management while working remotely and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of assigned staff, identifying training needs and ensuring workflow efficiency
• Develops and maintains procedures for audits and oversees data collection and compliance activities for specialty programs
• Coordinates with corporate departments to facilitate effective communication and prepares management reports on program outcomes

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in a job-related field or graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Five years of relevant healthcare experience, with at least one year in a leadership role
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in the state of hire or a compact multistate RN license
• Understanding of managed care and health management coverage
• Certification in Case Management by a URAC accrediting body within three years of hire (for non-Medicaid only)
