Job Summary

As a full-time Sales Development Representative based in South Carolina, the candidate will engage in high-volume outbound calling to residential homeowners, qualifying interest and scheduling appointments for Solar Consultants while participating in ongoing training and performance coaching.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to residential homeowners to deliver a concise pitch about solar energy and schedule qualified appointments
  • Utilize company-provided databases and marketing leads to identify and qualify prospects while accurately documenting outcomes
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment targets through structured performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent outbound, phone-based appointment-setting experience
  • Must reside in South Carolina and be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Ability to work full-time, Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, with specified hours
  • Access to a quiet, distraction-free home workspace with required equipment, including dual monitors and a noise-canceling headset
  • Must be 18 years or older and eligible for W-2 full-time employment
