Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Analyst (REMOTE) - South Carolina Only.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy workforce management strategies and identify business needs
• Analyze trends related to call handle time and call volume to improve forecasts and plans
• Maintain headcount requirements and propose staffing solutions to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies
• Expert level experience in call center operations and analytics
• Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred certifications such as Six Sigma or PMI Certification
