To support customer inquiries, the full-time Seasonal Customer Service Representative in South Carolina will handle inbound calls regarding benefits and claims, providing assistance in a remote environment while participating in virtual paid training.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, addressing eligibility and benefits questions
  • Document each customer interaction in the computer tracking system for accurate record-keeping
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
  • One year of previous call center or equivalent experience
  • Ability to attend 100% of the classroom training program
  • Experience or knowledge in the dental care industry is a strong advantage
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and web navigation
