Job Summary
To support customer inquiries, the full-time Seasonal Customer Service Representative in South Carolina will handle inbound calls regarding benefits and claims, providing assistance in a remote environment while participating in virtual paid training.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, addressing eligibility and benefits questions
- Document each customer interaction in the computer tracking system for accurate record-keeping
- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
- One year of previous call center or equivalent experience
- Ability to attend 100% of the classroom training program
- Experience or knowledge in the dental care industry is a strong advantage
- Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and web navigation
