Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to support the accounting team in various financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close process, ensuring accurate journal entries and supporting documentation
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and maintain documentation for SOX compliance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to special projects and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of accounting/audit experience in a large publicly traded company or with public clients
• Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
• SOX compliance experience
