Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Services Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all tax-related operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations
• Manage payroll tax activities, including processing adjustments and ensuring accurate calculations and timely remittance
• Provide guidance on complex tax matters and lead compliance efforts, including responding to audits and maintaining internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in tax, payroll, or accounting, with supervisory experience
• Knowledge of payroll tax compliance and federal/state regulations
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred) and strong Excel skills
• Ability to supervise staff and support process improvements
