Job Summary

To support a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate valuation projects, the full-time Senior Appraiser will engage in valuation assignments, determine methodologies, and deliver comprehensive appraisal reports in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in valuation assignments and identify the appropriate scope of work
• Complete commercial real estate appraisal assignments and consulting projects
• Provide comprehensive real estate valuation services, including market studies and feasibility analyses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• South Dakota Certified General Appraiser license
• 5+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL
• Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
