Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Modernization Senior Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and Tribal Public Health Authorities to assess data needs and strengthen the Winter Count data ecosystem
• Lead the development and implementation of a long-term data modernization strategy for GPTEC
• Provide strategic guidance on the development and expansion of the Winter Count data hub and Electronic Disease Surveillance System (EDSS)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, computer information systems, health informatics, epidemiology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in technical data strategies and infrastructure development
• Experience with modern public health data ecosystems, surveillance systems, or analytics platforms
• Knowledge of modern data architectures and data governance principles
• Experience working with public health agencies or Tribal organizations
