Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients, the full-time South Dakota Licensed Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, focusing on renewing policies, binding new business, and enhancing customer relationships in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
- Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
- Provide quality and timely service while collaborating with onshore/offshore teams
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience
- Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working in an Agency Management System
- Preferred industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, or ARM
