Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients, the full-time remote South Dakota Licensed Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact, focusing on policy renewals, binding new business, and enhancing customer relationships while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
- Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
- Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience
- Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience working in an Agency Management System
- Industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, or ARM preferred
