Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Manager to lead the Client Service Associates for their Centralized Support Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management of Client Service Associates
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance operational excellence and support the Employee Affiliation Model
  • Identify and implement improvements to workflows and support models
Required Qualifications
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days
  • 2+ years of experience working with Financial Advisors and support teams
  • 2+ years of brokerage/financial services industry knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing teams
  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance
