Job Summary

South Dakota Licensed Customer Service Rep, this full-time remote position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by managing inquiries related to billing and insurance, while following company policies and exceeding performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve complex billing and insurance inquiries
  • Review financial information and recommend payment options in accordance with client guidelines
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and adhere to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
  • Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical billing and coding is preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases
