Licensed and active in South Dakota, the full-time Remote Document Review Attorney will conduct document reviews using eDiscovery platforms, ensuring compliance with legal standards for a project expected to last 4-6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct document reviews and quality control using eDiscovery tools
- Interpret scientific, medical, and technical documents relevant to litigation
- Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Required qualifications
- Active bar license in South Dakota and residency in the state
- Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, or Reveal
- Familiarity with federal civil procedure and product liability discovery rules
- Prior experience in mass tort, MDL, or complex litigation preferred
- Ability to commit exclusively to this project for its duration
