South Dakota Licensed Document Review Attorney

Job Summary

Licensed and experienced in South Dakota, the part-time Document Review Attorney will conduct document reviews remotely, focusing on eDiscovery platforms and ensuring compliance with legal standards for a project lasting 4-6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct document reviews using eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, or Reveal
• Perform second-level review and quality control while potentially leading a team
• Interpret scientific, medical, and technical documents in relation to mass tort and complex litigation

Required qualifications

• Active bar license in South Dakota and residency in the state
• Document review experience with eDiscovery platforms
• Familiarity with federal civil procedure and product liability discovery rules
• Experience with mass tort, MDL, or complex litigation preferred
• Ability to commit to full-time hours, Monday through Friday, for the duration of the project
