South Dakota Licensed Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing service delivery team, the full-time remote South Dakota Licensed Insurance Account Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients, focusing on policy renewals, new business leads, and enhancing customer relationships while training junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
• Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
• Evaluate carrier relationships and provide quality service to clients

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience
• Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working in an Agency Management System
• Industry designations preferred, such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
