South Dakota Licensed Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Insurance Account Specialist will process routine insurance tasks, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with offshore teams while adhering to established guidelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and complete routine insurance tasks in the Agency Management System
• Support Sr. Specialists and Account Managers by proactively processing service-related issues
• Independently operate client and carrier systems while documenting work in client/company databases

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current Property and Casualty License required
• 2+ years of insurance experience (personal lines, commercial lines, life & health, etc.) required
• Professional customer service and/or processing experience required
• Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
