Job Summary
Seeking South Dakota Licensed Optometrists, the full-time or part-time independent contractors will conduct comprehensive eye exams remotely using patented technology, offering flexible scheduling and support for generating prescriptions.
Key responsibilities
- Examine patients using remote technology while adhering to state licensing regulations
- Communicate effectively with patients through specialized video conferencing tools
- Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with the assistance of Ophthalmic Technicians
Required qualifications
- Valid South Dakota Optometry license
- Experience in tele-optometry or remote patient care is preferred
- Ability to work independently as an Independent Contractor
- Multiple state licenses are a plus
- Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
