Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review prescriber medication orders for safety and efficacy, approving medications for dispensing
• Evaluate medication therapy and make recommendations to healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Provide drug information and counsel patients on medication usage, effects, and side effects

Required Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent degree in Pharmacy
• Active pharmacist license in the relevant state
• Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
• Knowledge of ASHP standards of pharmaceutical care
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
