Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist - After Hours - Full Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medication management support and clinical dosing for multiple hospitals
• Review and interpret provider orders, ensuring accuracy and suitability of prescriptions
• Offer drug information support and collaborate on medication therapy across care teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Thorough knowledge of drugs, their actions, and state/local regulations
• Hospital experience or residency preferred
• License in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy
• Possession of multi-state licensure privileges as required by the position
