Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead RN Clinical Educator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations to optimize efficiencies and reduce errors in workflows and project management
• Develop innovative patient education strategies in collaboration with colleagues and leadership
• Oversee the development of research proposals and performance improvement projects related to patient education

Required Qualifications

• Master's in nursing required, or an education plan in place to achieve a Master's degree within five years
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
• Three years of clinical experience required
• Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
• Must maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
