Providing sales leadership and coordinating training activities for independent agents, the full-time South Dakota Licensed Sales Director will recruit new agents, ensure efficient onboarding, and regularly train agents on products and selling tools in a remote environment.

- Train agents on products and selling tools while maintaining communication and support
- Strive to meet company sales objectives and participate in required meetings
Required qualifications
- Must hold a valid life & health insurance license
- High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience may substitute for education
- One or more years of experience in insurance marketing and sales
- Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating independent or career insurance agents
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with common software applications
