- Complete traditional appraisal reports, market studies, and feasibility analyses

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Certified General Appraiser license
- 5+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate
- Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL
- Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
