South Dakota Licensed Speech Pathologist

Job Summary

To support a school-based program, the full-time hybrid South Dakota Licensed Speech Pathologist will provide therapy services to students, conduct assessments, develop IEP plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in Rapid City, SD.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy services while managing an assigned caseload
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop IEP plans for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade
• Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and other therapists to evaluate student progress and ensure quality services

Required qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Department of Education Licensure
• National License: ASHA certification preferred
• Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
• Fingerprint background clearance
