Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN - Triage - Virtual Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care nursing services and guide appropriate levels of care for diverse patient populations
• Conduct virtual patient triage, remote monitoring, and health information documentation
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and patient education while adhering to established protocols

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred
• A minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
• Must obtain any additional state licensure requirements within the first 30 days of employment
